Drug Therapy and Development of Novel Drugs

According to Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Conserved domain Database(CDD), there a few characterized therapies for liver cancer like Radiation Therapy, Targeted Therapy, Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy. From researchers note it is reported that targeted therapy is a way better approach than standard chemotherapy. Sorafenib is one of the best Targeted drug that controls the growth of proteins stimulating cancer cells. Regorafenib is one of the additional dug in blocking the proteins helping the growth of tumour cells. Liver cancer Organoids are used in developing new drugs in treatment of liver cancer.
